🌱 ROOTED IN OUR PEOPLE 🌱

Meet Cameron Chandler, Owner and President of GPM Landscape.
Cameron’s story began in high school, mowing lawns to help pay for team sports. What started as a part-time venture in 2000 became an officially licensed business in 2003 and today, GPM Landscape has grown into a thriving company with more than 130+ employees.

For over two decades, Cameron’s commitment to excellence, professionalism, and reliability has helped GPM grow throughout the Greater Phoenix area. But what he’s most proud of is the incredible team and culture that have grown along with it.

Outside of work, Cameron enjoys sports, caring for his small farm animals, and spending time with his wife, Maria, their two daughters, and GPM’s unofficial boss, Baby Dog. 🐾

His favorite quote perfectly reflects the courage and determination behind his journey:
“Courage is being scared to death—but saddling up anyway.” - John Wayne

🏆 Employee of the Month Spotlight 🏆

This summer has been a scorcher, and our crews have been out there getting it done in 100+ degree Arizona heat. We want to recognize two guys who've shown what hard work and a great attitude are all about:

Working through the heat of an Arizona summer isn't easy, but Carlos and Jairo showed up every day with the work ethic and positive energy that keep this team running. We owe everything to the guys putting in the long hours out there thank you for your dedication!

🏆 Proud to have sponsored and attended the IREM Greater Phoenix Trailblazer Award Celebration at the Phoenix Art Museum!

It was an incredible evening in a stunning setting, celebrating the property management professionals who are redefining what's possible in our industry from innovative asset management and tenant engagement to sustainability and mentorship.

A huge highlight was hearing from keynote speaker Anthony Trucks former NFL player, identity optimization expert, and founder of Dark Work. His story and message were truly inspirational, and he left the room energized around resilience, growth, and pushing past comfort zones.

Congratulations to this year's Trailblazer nominees for the lasting impact you're making on the Phoenix property management community. Your leadership, vision, and dedication continue to raise the bar for our industry.

🌿Always learning. Always growing🌿

We had a great time attending the SHADE 2026 Conference hosted by the Arizona Nursery Association!

One of the things we love about events like this is getting the opportunity to learn directly from professionals in our industry and hear about the challenges we’re facing here in Arizona.

As landscapers, issues like water conservation, plant health, tree care, and creating sustainable landscapes are things we deal with every day. The more we learn and understand these challenges, the better we can serve our customers and the landscapes we’re trusted to maintain.

We may not have all the answers, but we’re always looking for ways to learn, improve, and do better.💧🌱

What an incredible night celebrating the amazing people who make the Arizona multifamily industry so special!

GPM Landscape was honored to present the 2026 Service Supervisor of the Year Award at this year’s AMA Tribute Awards at the Phoenix Convention Center.

The Tribute Awards bring together the best and brightest in Arizona’s apartment industry to recognize outstanding professionals and communities for their dedication, leadership, and excellence. With more than 1,600 industry professionals coming together to walk the red carpet and celebrate, it was truly a night to remember!
