Devesh Ragha and I successfully facilitated the sale of the Super Inn in Dumas, TX, securing a strong local all-cash buyer with a vision to reposition the property into an employment housing complex.

With both buyer and seller aligned on the need for a fast closing, we executed the transaction with urgency and precision - leveraging key relationships and outside resources to keep everything on track. Through strategic negotiation, particularly around the retail component, we were able to align expectations on both sides and move the deal forward seamlessly.

The result: a smooth, efficient closing and a win for all parties involved.

I am very excited to share that Dinesh Rama and I successfully closed the Hampton Inn in Kyle, Texas, where we had the opportunity to represent both the buyer and the seller in this transaction.

This deal required close coordination between both ownership groups, the lender, and the franchise to work through approvals and keep everything moving forward. Despite a detailed due diligence process and an accelerated timeline, everyone stayed collaborative and focused, which ultimately allowed us to bring the transaction to a smooth and successful close.

The Hampton Inn will continue operating under new ownership, and we’re excited to see the new owners build on the property’s strong performance while benefiting from the continued growth in Kyle and the greater Austin corridor.
