Two level living with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a common area on each floor. Both bedrooms have king size beds and both levels have a England queens size pull-out sofas. Both levels have decks for enjoying the wooded and mountain views. Lower level deck has 4 person hot tub. Lower level also has a pool table and theater seating movie area ready to entertain. s and 1 Blu-ray player (Theater area). Also, complimentary Xfinity cable channels and WiFi is provided. Main level living area is quite cozy with an Simplifire electric fireplace, comfortable furnishings and flat screen TV. The kitchen area is equipped with all needed appliances and utensils for meal preparation. The adjoining dinning area to the kitchen, is partially separated by a bar. Laundry features full size Whirlpool washer and dryer and are also on the lower level. Front porch offers easy access from level parking for 3 vehicles with easy loading and unloading. Fully covered park style charcoal grill is provided and is near the front porch for ease in use.
