KS Equipment & Rental LLC We are a small family owned equipment sales rental business in Platteville, WI. Quality used equipment is our specialty. If we don’t have it we will find it.

Cash, good check, or card (3%), wire transfer are our preferred method of payment. Insurance, photo id, and payment all required for any and all rentals. Your responsible to maintain and keep the piece of equipment in safe operating condition. KS Equipment will not be held liable for misuse, neglect, or damage or injury resulting from improper operation or upkeep of your rental or purchased item. Renters are responsible for tires, tracks, cosmetics, grease, fuel, and daily inspection including hydraulic and engine fluids in their rentals, card to be kept on file for all incidentals and non payment(s)

“ But a KS house is more money than this one over here !”

If you zoom in just a little, you will see one more thing that we do on all of our homes that makes them just a little bit more quality than the average.

When you stand a wall up on top of the floor, it never fails. You can’t quite get 100% tight fitment between the subfloor and your wall plates. At KS we use a construction adhesive to glue all of our walls down acting as a gasket to help seal up any air transfer that may happen. It also helps eliminate any floor squeaking later on down the road!
 It adds to our bottom line, but our bottom line is not what we’re worried about, our customers, and the longevity of the build is what means the most!
