The moment you’ve been waiting for, these are the official blueprints for 507 Busch Court in Cuba city

The cover picture is just a rendition of what this house could possibly look like. While we have decided on the floor plan, we have not decided on an exterior color scheme. We would love your input and love even more if it’s future Buyer picked everything out along the way!

We came up with this blueprint as a spin off of our model road build, although everyone loved that Home we listened to everyone’s input and added a formal dining room , a third front garage bay, covered front porch, and extended the master bed and Bath layout!

This will be complete with a walkout basement that could potentially accept a basement garage if it’s future, Buyer caught us in time.. there is the potential of two more bedrooms and a third bathroom downstairs as well.

Check in with us tomorrow night as we will be releasing the official blueprints for this project after last minute change of design! We put a lot of thought into our builds and want each home to fit a lot in the most optimal way! If somebody jumps on this home early, we can make a few more tweaks!

A great walkout Lot- Lot 12 in Cuba City’s newest subdivision. (This will be our only walkout build in Cuba City!

We had a last minute change of plans for our home design, This home will be a spin off of our highly desired model road home featuring 1900 sq ft 3 -6bedroom (up to 3 in the basement and optional bathroom if desired) with a covered Front Porch!!!

Permits are getting pulled this week and plans to break ground September 1st! Est. completion date of Feb 1st as we are trying to keep our custom build on schedule!

Get your name on this beauty now and pick out all of your finishes! Pricing will vary depending upon finishes.

At KS We don’t believe you should be stuck to builders grade finishes and a basic color chart like some require.
