OBX “SOUND ADVENTURES” Cottage: Point Harbor OBX $995 per week* Saturday to Saturday, sleeps 6-8, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, raised salt-box located in Point Harbor, NC in a sound front residential community near the base of the Wright Memorial Bridge. Point Harbor Beach subdivision offers Currituck sound access with a private beach area and boat ramp. Excellent swimming, boating, fishing and watersports location! The subdivision is adjacent to Sound Park with a paved walking trail, skate park, tennis and volleyball courts, grills, boardwalk, gazebos, boat ramps, playgrounds, baseball fields and fantastic sound views. OBX beaches (Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Nags Head, Southern Shores, Duck, Corolla) are just across the 3 mile long Wright Memorial Bridge.

There are four golf courses within 4 miles of the home: Duck Woods Country Club, Holly Ridge Golf Course, The Pointe Golf Club, Kilmarlic Golf Club. In addition there are several Vineyards and Breweries nearby. The new H2OBX water park is within 1 mile of the cottage.

The home offers 3 bedrooms (2 queen, 2 extra long twin, plus queen sleeper sofa), 1.5 baths plus an outside shower with hot and cold water. Central heat and A/C, screened in porch, deck, and off street parking for vehicles and watercraft. Fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, 4 televisions with cable, 2 dvd players, outdoor charcoal grill.

You must provide your own linens (sheets, towels, etc) and clean the home upon departure. NO SMOKING, NO PETS. Email or call for further information and availability. Check-in Saturday 2 pm, Check-out Saturday 11 am.

*Does not include NC state lodging and Currituck county occupancy combined tax of 12.75%. Signed NC vacation lease, references and security deposit required.
