360 Vacation Rentals is looking for a Property Turnover Manager based in Port Orchard or Poulsbo. (We are hiring in both locations—applicants must live in Port Orchard or Poulsbo.) Approx. 20 hours a week to start with primarily hours between 12-4pm. Would be a great second job for someone who currently only works mornings or evenings.
This is the perfect position for someone who is highly visually focused, with a strong eye for decor, staging, and cleanliness. You should take real pride in your work and care deeply about creating exceptional, guest-ready spaces.
This is not a typical “property manager” role. In this position, you’ll oversee vacation rental turnovers on-site, manage inventory between homes, coordinate with cleaning teams, and ensure each property is fully prepared for every guest’s arrival. It’s a fast-moving, hands-on role that requires reliability, efficiency, and strong attention to detail.
While the primary responsibilities take place on-site at our properties, there is also some “at-home” work for scheduling, inventory ordering, and administrative tasks.
After training, this role becomes largely independent—ideal for someone who is self-motivated and thrives working on their own. That said, you’ll still be part of a supportive and collaborative team that is always working behind the scenes to help each other succeed.
