Meet the Chef: David Vargas of where blends his Mexican heritage with the best of New England’s seasonal ingredients. Originally from Southern California, the James Beard Semifinalist is known for his scratch made tortillas and commitment to local sourcing on the East Coast.

Meet the Chef: Lee Frank from Otis Restaurant in Exeter will be joining us for A Night to Nourish! He started his culinary career in San Francisco, and found his way to the Seacoast where he fell in love with the region's ingredients and lifestyle. After working in kitchens across the area, Chef Lee opened his own restaurant, Otis.

He will be preparing glazed beef with corn, mushroom, and heirloom tomato

Meet the Chef: Brandon Diaz the executive chef from will be joining us for A Night to Nourish July 24th! Brandon’s culinary journey began at the Culinary Institute of America and led him to Moxy, where he started as an intern in 2019. Since then, his passion for food has continued to grow as he learns, evolves, and creates dishes that bring joy to others.

Brandon will be preparing Duck tortellini with parsnip soubise, local shiitake mushrooms, apple, & pea shoots
