From Operations Manager - Katelyn Riffe

F60 Team-

I want to take a moment to recognize and show our appreciation for our amazing Service Techs and all of the hard work, dedication, and effort they put in every day. It was great to have an opportunity to step away from the daily grind for a little while and simply enjoy some time together as a team.
A huge thank you to "Big T" for preparing an amazing cookout for everyone. The food was fantastic, and it definitely helped make the day special.
A special thank you to our branch manager, Dave Vincent, for allowing us to expense the petting zoo, pony carousel, and mechanical bull for this year's event!
We had a little extra fun and there were plenty of laughs and some great memories made. Your support in recognizing our team and giving everyone a chance to enjoy themselves is truly appreciated! Most importantly, everyone had a great time and it was well deserved.
Thank you again to our F60 Service Techs for everything you do to support our customers, our branch, and each other!

(***disclaimer***Portions of this are satire and the final 3 photos are not real but just for fun…no animals were harmed in today’s event, and we did not have a mechanical bull or petting zoo but couldn’t you see Tom Wallace riding one now? 🤣)

We had a great time hosting Tim Pike and the CMS crew for Customer Day at our branch!

As a valued account customer, CMS works with United in several ways- they rent equipment, purchase both new and used equipment, and also trust us with CES work.
During their visit, they had the opportunity to tour the branch, meet our team, learn more about our operations, and see firsthand the people and resources behind the service we provide every day.
We truly appreciate Tim and the CMS team taking the time to visit with us. They were very appreciative of the warm welcome, the opportunity to connect with our team, and of course, the delicious breakfast from Tudor's!

We got some great feedback on our customer service and had a great opportunity to build our relationship with them!💥
Truly a great way to start the morning out right.
Thank you, F60 team, for helping make this meeting a huge success!
