Feeling all the emotions as I wrapped up my second-to-last décor setup before maternity leave. Last month’s wedding was such a joy to plan — from coordinating the day to watching the bride’s vision come to life, I soaked up every moment. There’s something so special about organizing someone’s day of love, and this one reminded me exactly why I adore what I do. 🤍

As I step into this new season of motherhood, I already know I’m going to miss the excitement, the late-night checklist tweaks, the “just one more adjustment” moments, and that final walk-through when everything looks perfect. But I’m also so grateful for clients who trust me, for creativity that keeps flowing, and for a beautiful industry I’ll return to when the time is right.

There’s a wedding waiting for me in the future — August 2026 — and knowing I get to come back to this work I love makes the MUCH NEEDED pause even sweeter.

I’m already so excited for one of my 2026 brides! Welcome to the team! We’ll be meeting next month to map out her planning process so everything stays smooth and on track while I’m out on maternity leave.

With baby due in January, I’ll be taking at least 3 months to fully soak in that sweet newborn season. Having a solid game plan in place means we won’t miss a beat — and come spring, we’ll be right back to planning her beautiful day with fresh eyes and even more excitement 💛

Can’t wait to watch this one come to life and back at The Graham Mill where I will be this upcoming November 💍

This past Friday, I wrapped up another beautiful wedding, and my heart is so full. 💐✨ Each celebration reminds me why I love what I do — the details, the joy, the quiet moments before the aisle, and the loud ones on the dance floor. Every wedding is a new story, and I’m so honored to be a part of each one.

Funny enough, the last wedding I worked before finding out I was pregnant was back in April — and looking back, it feels surreal. That weekend, I was completely immersed in the celebration, giving it my all, completely unaware that my own little miracle had already begun. 💕

Now, as I balance the beauty of building both love stories and a new life of my own, I’m even more grateful for this work. It’s not just a job — it’s a calling. Whether I’m fluffing a dress, cueing the music, or calming last-minute nerves, I feel truly at home.
