We had the pleasure of hosting another beautiful wedding ceremony out here this weekend for a previous camper/staff member! Check out these gorgeous pictures of Acorn Point, the location of the ceremony and the couple's proposal, from the night before to the morning of.

It is so awesome to see the Lord using this place to impact individuals so much that they are returning here for one of the biggest and most special days of their lives. Praying blessings over the newlyweds!

Last December, we shared with Millie Clark a desire to create a video for the 50th anniversary with generations of camp alumni sharing what camp means to them and why camp ministry matters. Millie saw the vision for this video and went above and beyond (as always) and created this beautiful masterpiece.

We've only shared this video as we visited churches this past Winter and Spring and at our 50th Anniversary Celebration, but we wanted to make sure everyone had a chance to enjoy it!

Thank you to all of those who took time out of their busy lives right around the holidays to be interviewed for this video. A big thank you to Gale Nelda Hutchens for sharing their story from the very beginning of Camp Maranatha. We are so thankful for the vision the Lord laid on their hearts and for their faithfulness to follow Him through it. God is good and we give Him all the glory for the last 50 years and all the years still ahead of us 🙌

Thank you to Memories by Millie for all the time and work that went into creating this.

In honor of 50 years of camp ministry, Memories By Millie helped us...

Praising the Lord for 50 beautiful years of Camp Ministry at Camp Maranatha 🙌

Thank you to all who came out to celebrate yesterday! It was wonderful to see everyone catching up with old friends and reminiscing on sweet memories. We are thanking the Lord for his provision and faithfulness throughout the last 50 years and that He is continuing to use Camp Maranatha to bring people to Him 🙌

A special thank you to the many, many people who have been involved throughout the last 50 years whether as directors, counselors, volunteers, campers, renters, and supporters. You have been the hands and feet of Jesus, helping this ministry continue on!

It was such a treasure to have Gale Nelda Hutchens at the celebration yesterday to share their story. The chapel was packed to hear about the beginning of camp! We are so thankful for Gale and Nelda leaning into this vision from the Lord and working faithfully and tirelessly. Their endless work has provided a life-changing ministry.

Thank you to all those who helped make our celebration awesome!
KAZ Amusements & Entertainment for their donation of their bounce houses and time.
Snobiz of Pana and the Happy Kernel for bringing out their food trucks and serving throughout the event
cardedbycarley for the awesome yard sign!
