Camp Maranatha exists to reach and develop individuals for Christ. We love to see people’s lives changed by Jesus. Our desire is to be a premier Christian camp where individuals may come, grow and go in the name of Jesus Christ. While at Camp Maranatha, expect to experience authentic community, purposeful challenge, and Christ-focused teaching. Through these experiences, we believe individual Chri

stian growth and development will occur, all the while having a blast doing it! We hope to see you this year as we look forward to another great year at Camp Maranatha. Settled on 80 acres of God's beautiful creation outside of Ramsey, Illinois, Camp Maranatha encompasses a large lake for fishing and swimming, a 100 ft. slide, eleven cabins, and a large kitchen and dining facility. The camp functions year-round and offers youth programs along with retreat opportunities for all ages.

🙌Celebrate 50 Years of Camp Maranatha 🙌

For 50 years, God has been at work at Camp Maranatha—changing lives, deepening faith, creating lifelong friendships, and making memories that have lasted for generations. Let's celebrate His faithfulness together!

Whether Camp Maranatha has been part of your story for decades or you're visiting for the very first time, we'd love to celebrate with you! This special day is for everyone—families, friends, alumni, volunteers, all are welcome! There will be activities happening all throughout the afternoon and into the evening.

If it's been a while since you've been back, this is the perfect opportunity to reconnect, reminisce, and see all that's happening at camp today.

Come home to Camp Maranatha as we celebrate 50 years of God's goodness, faithfulness, and the lives He's touched along the way.

Just a reminder that we are still fundraising for updates to our campground! We are so thankful for Moriah Church and their partnership with this project as they are matching funds and bringing a work crew to help us get started on this job!

We cannot believe that our summer camp season has come to an end already. We wrapped up our final week yesterday with 99 High School Campers. 12 of those campers successfully completed our Solid Rock challenge and 1 camper was baptized before heading home on Saturday. It was a good, good week.

We are so thankful for our summer staff that poured out love and care to every camper each week. Thank you to all of our kitchen volunteers for helping meals run smoothly, and to our chapel speakers for bringing the messages each night. We couldn't do it without all of these hands!

Thank you Jesus for Camp Maranatha and for every person who came through the gates this summer. All glory to God. 🙌
