Seco de pollo will include marinated chicken that will be slowly cooked in its own stew for hours to add a rich flavor. A Pernil plate will include Pernil (slow roasted marinated shredded pork), LLapingachos ( fried to golden perfection potato pancakes stuffed with cheese), Rice, mote (hominy), habas (fava beans), delicious sweet plantains, encebollado (tomato, onion, cilantro, drizzled over lime). Each plate will be $13. If you’d like to receive double the quantity a large plate will be $18. Also we are bringing back our homemade hot sauce and will be included with your meal! This Saturday we are offering 2 different dishes, our delicious Fritada plate and shrimp ceviche. Fritada dish includes fritada (diced fried pork chunks), LLapingachos (fried to golden perfection potato pancakes stuffed with cheese), Rice, mote (hominy), and encebollado (tomato, onion, cilantro, drizzled over lime).
Our other dish we are offering Shrimp ceviche is made with traditional flavors of red onion, tomato, lime juice, cilantro, and added with shrimp. All mixed together to make a delicious citrusy like soup. This meal will be offered with a side of rice and plantain chips. Both dishes are $15 each. We are also offering the option to upgrade your encebollado( in the fritada plate) to shrimp ceviche for an additional $6. In case you would like to try a small portion (8 oz). Just please let us know when placing your order.

This week we are changing up the menu and will be offering Ecuadorian shrimp ceviche de la costa. If you’re a fan of our encebollado you will be in for a treat! Shrimp ceviche is made with traditional flavors of red onion, tomato, lime juice, cilantro, and added with shrimp. All mixed together to make a delicious citrusy like soup. This meal will be offered with a side of rice and tostones (fried green plantains or plantain chips) to add a delicious salty add on. The cost of this meal will be $15. We appreciate all the feedback we had received, with that said we have decided to include sweet plantains to all orders! So each pernil plate will be $13.
