Coming up on five years with us this May, Drea has become an essential part of the Stillwaters family. Whether she’s holding down the floor during a busy dinner rush or craftily managing the morning bar shifts, her presence makes the restaurant better.

Heart of Our Mornings.

We want to take a moment to celebrate a true pillar of our team, Amy.
Amy joined us as a seasoned bartender, bringing a wealth of industry expertise to our floor. When her daughter was born, she seamlessly transitioned into her current role as our Lead AM Server, and we couldn't be luckier to have her at the helm.

Amy is the definition of "leading by example." She doesn’t just delegate; she works side-by-side with her team to ensure every shift runs smoothly and every task is checked off. Her dedication and dependability have earned her the immense respect of her peers and the gratitude of our management.
She’s the first to jump in when things get busy and the last to leave until the job is done right. Her team respects her because she’s right there in the trenches with them! Amy was also selected as Employee of the Year for 2025!

Off the clock:
Family First: Spending quality time with her wife, Nycole and their daughter, Ellarae.
Happy Place: Anywhere with warm, sand, and waves—she’s a huge beach & outdoors lover!
Current Status: Likely lost in a good book. 📚
