We’re excited to shine this month’s employee spotlight on Madison Riddle!
If you’ve had the pleasure of working with Maddie, you already know she’s someone who brings her best to the team every single day. She’s dependable, hardworking, positive, and always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed.
She has a natural ability to turn challenges into solutions, support her teammates, and make those around her feel valued. Whether she’s helping a colleague, finding a better way to get something done, or taking on something outside of her normal responsibilities, Maddie does it with enthusiasm and a genuine desire to make a difference. She leads by example through her kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way. Most importantly, Maddie is the kind of teammate who makes the team stronger simply by being part of it.
When not at work, she enjoys tending her plants, spending time with her family, & her multiple pets.
