🥳 We are proud to announce the Grand Opening of Downtown Cottages! 🥳
Zac has been dreaming of building a development like this for a long time and we are very excited to share it with you! You are invited to come and check out the very FIRST tiny homes in Rochester- that will soon be available for short-mid term rental!
Each unit sleeps 4 people comfortably, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen size pullout bed/couch in the living room. They are all fully furnished, with all the amenities a guest may need, including laundry in-unit and off street parking (1 vehicle/unit). Should you have friends or family coming to town to visit, a client that needs a short term rental in between selling & buying, or perhaps you know someone coming to Rochester for medical treatment at the Mayo Clinic- We cater to all!
Our four cottages are located just a few blocks from the downtown Mayo Campus, very close to Cooke Park & Cascade Creek- just North of Civic Center Drive. We will have a beautiful charcuterie grazing table full of appetizers & beverages, plus there will be giveaways for stays at the cottages! This is an open event, so feel free to stop by and check it out!
