Halfway between Nashville and Chattanooga sits a 10,000 square foot Victorian mansion most folks blow right past. 🏰

A mill owner named Clay Faulkner built it in 1896 for one reason: to talk his wife Mary into living next to his factory. The factory made work pants called Gorilla Pants. They call the place Falcon Rest, and PBS once dubbed it Tennessee's Biltmore.

We are so excited for this fun outdoor improvement! The fire pit has river rock as well as under the picnic table and grill. Don't worry -> plenty of camping chairs are in the garage to easily setup around the fire, or anywhere you'd like on the 2 acres. 🌲🐿️🌻
