Did you know that Rockaway Beach has an annual 4th of July Parade and Fireworks show? Did you know that the Cozy Corner is about a 2 minute walk to the beach or town where you can view these festivities? You can even view the fireworks from the kitchen window or the parade from the balcony! Also, did you know that the Cozy Corner isn't booked yet for these dates? Well, now you do! 😀
