Swimming pool Rehab coming together. New deck formed, new tile, new coping, all new plumbing, new lights installed and all new electrical complete. Deck will be poured next week, then sun deck, and then we re-plaster the pool and we will be wrapping it up!

Busy couple months

11 unit condo/apartment, demoing all the old wood siding, taking out chimneys, taking down a 30 foot tall brick fire place. Redoing the balconies, decking and stairs and coming back with Hardi Siding. Been on it for about a week or so now, should be done in a couple weeks.
