🚨 IMPORTANT EVENT UPDATE: WE’RE BRINGING IT ALL TOGETHER!
Let me take a moment to clarify what’s happening as we move forward with this major event.
WE ARE WORKING TO BRING EVERYTHING TOGETHER UNDER ONE VISION!
Our goal is to coordinate multiple events, bring our artists, vendors, churches, sponsors, and community partners together for one major gathering, and ensure that everyone has an opportunity to participate.
As we began working through the details, we realized that coordinating everyone’s availability on the same day would be more challenging than initially anticipated. Rather than move forward without key people and organizations being able to participate, we’re taking the necessary steps to get everything aligned.
HERE’S WHAT THAT MEANS MOVING FORWARD:
1. BRINGING EVENTS TOGETHER
We’re working to combine our efforts and coordinate the various events into one larger, unified gathering.
2. COORDINATING EVERYONE’S SCHEDULES
We’re working with artists, vendors, churches, sponsors, and other participants to determine a date that works as well as possible for everyone involved.
3. RESCHEDULING OTHER EVENTS
We are prepared to push back our other events as necessary to prioritize this major gathering and give it the attention and participation it deserves.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND: WE ARE NOT ABANDONING THE VISION. WE ARE WORKING TO EXECUTE IT PROPERLY!
Sometimes, building something bigger requires adjustments, patience, and teamwork. Our goal is not simply to put on another event. It’s to create an opportunity for people, ministries, businesses, artists, and the community to come together in a meaningful way.
To every artist, vendor, church, sponsor, and supporter, thank you for your patience and willingness to work with us as we coordinate the details.
📣 FOR NOW, PLEASE REMAIN ON STANDBY.
We will announce the official date once schedules have been coordinated and the necessary details have been confirmed.
We appreciate everyone who continues to believe in the vision and support what we’re working to accomplish.
ONE VISION. ONE MOVEMENT. ONE MAJOR GATHERING.
WE’RE WORKING TO BRING IT ALL TOGETHER!
More details coming soon!
