A104 is one of our ground floor properties with a patio that has an amazing view! Just a few steps out of your door and you're in the pool or on the sand in no time. Everything inside is set up for staying a while, from the fully equipped kitchen to the shelf of well-read books waiting for slow afternoons. Beach chairs and towels are provided, so packing light is an option. Our custom label coffee tastes better on this patio, especially with the view holding through sunset.

St. George Street is worth the whole afternoon. Start with coffee at Crucial Coffee Café, then wander wherever the shops pull you. By the time you reach Castillo de San Marcos, the light's usually doing that late afternoon thing over the coquina walls, and the street seems to slow down for it. If you're up for it after, you can stop by and grab a cup or cone of some ice cream to cool off.
