You are invited to post comments, photos, videos, etc about Audubon State Historic Site and Open Hearth Cooking. As long as the subject is historical cooking in nature it is okay to place it on these pages. I ask that you keep it clean, friendly and respectful while you are here visiting or posting to these pages. Anyone not doing so will be removed from these pages. Let me add the following to this post...you can post anything pertaining to Open Hearth Cooking, Camp cooking, Renaissance (SCA) cooking, historical cooking, etc. You can even post modern recipes you have adapted to these types of cooking. I just don't want it to be filled with clips or post on things like "Chopped", "Dinner, Drive Ins, and Dives", etc. I love these shows and from time to time find ways of cooking something on the hearth from these shows. I would just like to stick with Historical cooking in general.
