WE GETTING READY TO START TWO MORE GORGEOUS UNITS . . . The exterior framing and construction will take 2 1/2 weeks. The interior finish will take three weeks. Because we have multiple building crews and a large efficient production shop, we are able to build our units in 45 days where other companies take 4-5 months. We always try to have a couple of models available in inventory but sometimes they sell faster than we can build them. We currently do have two units available- A 30' Big Little Bungalow ($57,900) & a 32' Farmhouse Classic ($59,400).

SINCE 2002 . . . We have been a true discount Tiny House & Park model manufacture. Our pricing is typically $15,000-$20,000 less than any other builder on the West Coast. Even our largest and most spacious model is available for $58,500. These are amazing prices for our models that typically are 20% bigger than other Tiny House builders. Instead of having 5 to 7 windows, we have 14 windows in our models. This makes the interior very light and bright. 
 All of the utilities & drains are configured for a very easy RV style hook up, avoiding unnecessary permits.
Every model includes a brand new DOT certified triple axle trailer system. With title and paperwork to for registration and a license plate.
We have hundreds of customers that have purchased our Tiny House Cottages and then turned around and made them available in their communities for very affordable rent. We have many many others that have launched an Airbnb business where they're earning $7000-$10,000 a month for just two Cottage units that cost them a total of $115,000. That is an amazing "return on investment". Because tiny rental houses are considered tangible  and portable, you get some amazing tax benefits the first five years of ownership that offsets much of your income on your taxes. Typically each unit will earn $16,000-$20,000 a year in revenue, this is for a $58,000 investment! That's a 30% plus return on investment year in a year out - forever! 
Each one of our cottages is built to national code and designed to last 100+ years.  We have a 10,000 square-foot production shop in Salem Oregon and from here we ship all up and down the West Coast and as far as Texas, Alaska and even Hawaii.
