Feelings of sadness and thankfulness today for Dónal Lunny. Both a tremendous loss to the Irish Traditional Music World and beyond and thankfulness for his magnificent legacy to us all. A genius that also had a unique gift of bringing people together for amazing creativity and happiness. What a honour it was to play in Coolfin and Sult with those incredible musicians that Dónal brought together so organically. His genius and generosity always paving the way. Love to the Lunny families and this very sad time. Manus Lunny - thinking of you all. ❤️ Rest in Peace Dónal. Suaimhneas síoraí dá anam uasal. 🙏🏼💚❤️
