Elner with Barracuda gave me a cooking lesson on Belizean Fried Jacks. If you are staying at Shedrock Shangrila, Barracuda is right down the street. You can build your own breakfast with fruit, coffee, OJ for $10 US and it is right on the water.

I am going to try my luck next week. Let’s see how I do!!

If you ever find yourself in Dangriga town, check out this dive bar, a local favorite!! Many years ago, my very good friend, Muzz recommended this spot right on the Caribbean Sea in Dangriga. Ever since, when we find ourselves in Dangriga, I always drop in.
