Action Needed! Council President Sherri Lightner is trying to ban short-term rentals in ALL residential areas of San Diego, both single family and multi-family zones! She has set a November 1 City Council hearing to try and rewrite the City’s existing laws (calling it a "clarification" of the city code) to ban short-term rentals by classifying them as commercial businesses. And, she is not allowing any alternate proposals to be heard that day!

Please write a letter to our council members urging them not to vote for her underhanded proposal!

Councilmember Sherri Lightner is abusing her power as Council President by bringing forward an 11th hour secret proposal to BAN short-term rentals in San Diego.
