The Jungman Kangas Residence in Escondido, CA Drs. Randy Jungman and Julie Kangas have always loved visitors to their home.

In 2007 they moved to a new residence with plenty of space to host guests when they were in town. With the addition of the custom spa, the house colloquially became known as the Jungman Kangas Hotel & Spa. The current residence was completed in December 2007 to where it is today, overlooking Lake Hodges. The final touch was added to the new pool and spa in December 2010 to make the name aptly fitting once again.

Sail date for On The Blue Music Cruise for Randy Jungman & Julie Kangas on the Norwegian Pearl. As we depart Miami for the Caribbean, we have the requisite departure cocktail.

COVID-19 Quarantine-so-Julie worked on a jig saw puzzle, happy to see the USNS Mercy being used again (and with the value of the two hospital ships being clearly demonstrated-I suspect they will not be scrapped-as was being discussed). Randy working at the office on overdue repairs, and last week-we could not stay inside another say, so we SOCIAL DISTANCED ourselves at the Oceanside beach.

Monday was Nick's first day in our office, with WRJ & JK. He will be working with us on Mondays (and with Dr. Layus on Fridays). Robert stopped in to see a patient, so we officially (unplanned) had all four of the Jungman Kangas dentists working yesterday (Monday). It was so very special.
We officially welcomed Nick to CDG at today's staff meeting.

We love to celebrate Halloween with our family and friends. I am always amazed with the creativity of the costumes.
it was hard to decide which to get the prizes. Wished I took more candid photos, and for those who had other plans or were ill-sorry you missed it.

Our Story

Drs. Randy Jungman and Julie Kangas have always loved visitors to their home. In 1983 They moved to a residence with plenty of space to host guests when they were in town. With the addition of the custom spa, the house colloquially became known as the Jungman Kangas Hotel & Spa. Unfortunately for the guests-they filled it with their four sons. Randy’s dream to build a custom home wiht an incredible view was realized in December 2007, wiht the completion of their new home, overlooking Lake Hodges. The final touch was added to the new pool and spa in December 2010 to make the name aptly fitting once again. Their sons became adults, and two of them live nearby. The JKH&S hosts visitors from all over the world.
