Santa Barbara’s murals and street art bring the city’s creative spirit to life, adding color and culture to everything from downtown walls to hidden neighborhood corners.

A few to spot while exploring:

📍Syuxtun Story Circle at West Beach is a 20-foot mosaic made from 200,000 ceramic tiles, honoring the former Chumash Syuxtun village and Santa Barbara’s first inhabitants.

📍The Plaza Granada Mural by Tracy Lee Stum and Sayak Mitra transforms Granada Alley into a vivid, immersive mural experience.

📍Year of the Dragon by DJ Javier layers bold color and contemporary linework with influences from Filipino culture and skateboarding in the Presidio Neighborhood.

📍In the Funk Zone, California Garden by Brad Nack brings native flora and whimsical California energy to life through playful, painterly detail.
