We poured nearly $200,000 into closing this deal, money we haven't seen back yet. The bank promised the next draw after closing, but we were completely drained. Every penny counted that summer, even as millions in sales poured in. It was a terrifying balancing act.

Garage makeover complete. 🙌

Chevy and I spent the day organizing over 10 years of staging inventory. And this is after we've already donated and given away so much over the years!

A little spring reset, a lot of teamwork, and we're officially ready for the busy season ahead. 🏡✨

We are absolutely exhausted, but so happy with the result. Some days are a lot of work behind the scenes, but seeing it all come together makes it completely worth it.

Behind every staged home is a garage full of hard work.

These are honestly some of my favorite days… cameras rolling, running around, resetting rooms, laughing between takes, fixing hair in mirrors, creating shots on the fly, and bringing spaces + stories to life. What you see on TV always starts with a whole lot happening behind the scenes 😂🙌
