Is it just me, or did I miss the memo where "moving out" became a luxury sport? 🤨🏠
Alright, fellow parents of the 80s/90s... help me out here. Remember 1993? We turned 18, grabbed a $500 hatchback that smelled like old fries, and found a studio apartment for what—$300 a month? 🍕🚗 We were "independent" and "free" (mostly because our parents changed the locks the second we graduated).
But have you seen the math our kids are dealing with lately? It’s not a "failure to launch" —it’s a "failure to afford the runway!" ✈️🛑

Maybe the "American Dream" isn't a white picket fence anymore... maybe it's a 400-square-foot house on wheels and a bank account that actually has a comma in it. 🤠🚐
