LeConte Nirvana LeConte Nirvana – A charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation cabin nestled on 2.7 private acres in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains. Leconte!

Enjoy breathtaking views of Mount LeConte and the surrounding Smoky Mountains in a peaceful, secluded setting. Amazing Views and the quiet you deserve after the hustle and bustle of life. As you walk into the welcoming atmosphere you will find the open kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room with seasonal gas fireplace perfect for grabbing a bag of popcorn and enjoying a movie with the family. On this level, you will also find the Queen bedroom and a spacious bathroom with jacuzzi tub. A Master King bedroom can be found on the top level with a flat screen TV with DVD player and a private balcony through the french doors. A Queen size bedroom can also be found on this level and a second bathroom. Outside on the lower deck you can relax in the 5 person hot tub after a day of fun in the Smokies! Or take a break in one of the rocking chairs on the wrap around deck while you enjoy the breathtaking views of Mt.

Apparently, even bears have sibling rivalry. 😂🐻🐻

But seriously for a minute…
If you've been watching the Smoky Mountain groups lately, you've probably noticed just how much bear activity people are seeing.
And there's a reason we're seeing so much attention on it right now.
TWRA reports that 60 bears have been humanely killed in Sevier County so far this year following significant conflicts with people. There have been 61 statewide. WBIR
That's a pretty sobering number.

Wildlife officials say many human-bear conflicts involve bears getting access to garbage, food, pet food, birdseed, grills and other human-provided food sources. WBIR

So today's Bear Aware reminder is simple:
🔒 Lock your doors.
🍔 Keep food and trash secured.
🐻 Give bears plenty of space.
🚫 Never feed them.
The goal isn't to stop seeing bears. It's to keep them wild — and keep people and bears safe.
And yes… you can probably still leave the Lysol at home. 😂

Some mornings don't need much of an introduction. ☕🏔️
This was taken right at LeConte Nirvana — early morning sunshine coming through the trees while the mist was still rising from the property.
It's one of those quiet little moments you don't necessarily think about when you're planning a Smoky Mountain vacation... until you're sitting there enjoying it. ❤️
