NORTHERN LIGHTS DISTRICT WELCOMES REGION’S FIRST DELTA HOTELS; A PREMIUM MARRIOTT BRAND

Cincinnati, OH – After four years of ownership, LDI Hospitality Corp. had announced that it has taken the ultimate step in renovating and updating the large hotel property at 11320 Chester Rd. in Sharonville’s beautiful Northern Lights District. The hotel has recently been rebranded as Delta Hotels by Marriott Cincinnati and will open under the new banner on Monday, November 2, 2020.

Delta Hotels by Marriott Cincinnati is the first opened in Ohio and is newest Marriott Hotel Full Service opening in the Tri-State area and the first in Ohio. The 230 room full-service hotel is focused on upscale business travelers, as well as tourists to the Northern Lights District of Sharonville. Having a premium hotel directly across the street from the Sharonville Convention Center is an asset for attracting new conferences, summits, and events to the area.

This 9+ Million Dollar capital investment is only possible after the tremendous success LDI Hospitality Management has demonstrated with the Ramada Plaza Cincinnati hotel. The team since acquired the failing Red Lion hotel and Coco Key Waterpark in 2016. LDI has re-imagined all guest rooms, invested in superb property maintenance, and re-invented common areas and meeting spaces, in addition to revolutionizing our service and the Marriott guest experience. Thanks to perseverance and dedication, LDI re-created the declining property into a recognized, four-star full-service Marriott Brand hotel that now attracts guests from all over the world.

Last week our AGM, Jay Bedi, asked us to go through our hotel and banquet departments and see what we can donate to all those battling the frontlines of COVID19. We were able to donate 100,000 gloves to Kroger for their employees.

“Our associates truly appreciate the glove donation from Delta Hotels Cincinnati by Marriott and will put them to good use in our stores,” said Erin Rolfes, corporate affairs manager, Cincinnati-Dayton division, Kroger. “It’s heartwarming to see caring organizations and individuals supporting each other during this difficult time.”

We get to host all kinds of events, but last night we hosted one that captured all of our hearts!

We helped host an event that reunited 75 parents with their children that they had not seen in decades! Our friends at Asociación de Migrantes Tierra y Libertad helped these parents obtain their visas and come to be reunited with their families!

There wasn’t a dry eye in the room!

It has been pretty busy around here!
Banquet spaces have been busy & construction is in full swing for the hotel.

We love events, but do you know what we love more? Hosting THREE events of REPEAT customers and seeing so many familiar faces! 👏🏽

Tonight we hosted a fundraiser (450 people), Wedding (150 people), and graduation party (120 people!) YAAAS 750 people and we #NAILEDIT!

The place looked pretty and the parking lot looked pretty amazing too! 😉
