When we started our wine journey we noticed that most wine tasting venues did not offer tasty morsels while you are wine tasting. They didn't stock it, they didn't sell it, and they didn't have anything to offer you. Some wineries we were going to did have cheese and crackers. RITZ crackers and regular old cheddar cheese. So, what do you do, if you were us, drinking wine, and wanting some really t

asty cheese and premium crackers. How about dates, walnuts, dried apricots, green olives, crumbling blue cheese, etc! Thus we started going on adventures to seek it out. However, I think this concept is quickly changing. People are starting to understand that food and wine marry well. It makes people happy. One such company is the Traveling Vineyard, I am now a wine guide for them. They truly believe in the art of pairing great wines with simple foods to make the experience more profound!
