Got three circuits done downstairs for the living room, bedroom, and network closet. Woohoo!

Getting the soffit/ overhang built out. We have a non vented roof called by the engineer so building these over the sheathing instead of ripping down the 2x10s at the end or extending them with sistered 2x6s was my call.

But I want everything to be nice and solid so this is what I came up with.

These will then be attached with some 6 inch structural screws.

Roast me if you can! I'm always learning.

We got a bit rained out but we got everything to the point where we're going to stay dry.

The remaining gaps there are covered by the roof overhang for the time being.
