Available for stays starting in May of 2027. Currently rentable on Turo - our Midnight Black Toyota Sienna.

I thought I had lost this beautiful pink climbing rose. The peonies are almost done. I'm working on the French drain and Howie, Jr has the lawn taken care of.

Bishop's goutweed. Aegopodium podagraria. According to UAA - invasiveness rank : 57.

In my yard? I rate it a solid : 97

If you haven't been to the overburden site - it's a nice place. I visit often.

Another day of making this place one step closer to our dream home.

It was another tackle the landscape day with our three amazing helpers! We know October is coming. 🥶 We are enjoying the weather while we can. (Evander changed the oil in the truck with Grandpa - pretty adorable!)

Watering the lawn in Sitka? That doesn't happen very often! 🌞Flowers are blooming, the VegePod is filled with veggies and Howie, Jr. just finished up mowing. Progress continues at Creekside at Crescent Harbor!

Summertime in the garden. The roses smell so good!
