Kaylee Frederick is the Eastern States 100 OVERALL CHAMPION!!! She is the FIRST WOMAN in the history of Easterm States to accomplish this!!! She finished at 4:09 am, setting a NEW FEMALE COURSE RECORD of 23 hours and 9 minutes. The previous record was 24 hours and 34 minutes!
