Tents, tables & chairs for your backyard party! Welcome to our new family owned business! We are a family of 4: my husband, myself, and our two sons.

We are located in the Smithville & Creston area where our boys attend Norwayne Local Schools. A little background on the event tents, my grandparents started a tent rental business 30+ years ago in Medina where I spent my summers helping and learning for the first 20+ years of my life. My husband and I have talked a lot over the years about starting our own business with our own event tents and we

have finally decided to take the plunge! We are hoping to bring this business to our local community and beyond in which you have the opportunity to book event tents, tables, and chairs for your parties and get togethers right in your backyard. Will be booking for the Spring of 2024 once we have all our materials and items ready to go. We look forward to what the future holds for us and our new business!

It's that time of year again, party planning time! It's never too early to start planning and booking for your outdoor needs. COMING SOON: KC EVENT PLANNING!
For years now, my family and friends have told me that I needed to start doing some party planning. I am finally "giving in" and going to start offering some smaller event and party planning. What will that include? Tiered packages to include decor set up/tear down, small catering supplies and so much more! They can be customized to your needs!
There will be much more information to come as I figure out packages and prices so keep an eye out for more posts to come in the future.
I am including some pictures from recent parties that I have hosted for some references.
ALSO:
It's that time of year to start scheduling for all your outdoor events and parties! We have a few options and dates still available in May but plenty of openings from June through October.
We have 20'x35' foot tents, 8ft long tables, and metal folding chairs.
We also offer light rental for under your tent which includes the supplies and set up at the time of the tent set up.
We also have a tabletop ice cream machine to add that much more fun to your party.

NEW RENTAL!
We are now offering an ice cream machine to add that little extra something special for your next party! This machine can serve up to a maximum of 100 people. You can have two flavors of ice cream mix in the machine with the option of a “twist” of the two with the middle lever. Have any questions, let us know! ALERT! NEW RENTAL!
It’s been awhile since we have made a post so today is the day we are announcing that we are adding another service/rental to the business. We are now offering the rental of outdoor patio lights for under your tent. The service will include; bringing our own lights, hanging them when we set up the tent, and taking them down when we come to tear down the tent. A note to keep in mind, you will need to be able to run an electric chord to the tent. The purpose for this service is to offer extra lighting for those evening parties where you want to be able to sit and visit, eat dinner, play cards, etc. Here are some pictures of our personal Halloween Party just this past October where you can tell how much light they truly offer!
