October has brought about great fall days especially if you have beef in freezer to fix a warm beef dinner. We have extra beef to fix that empty freezer and managed to get another beef in at one of our processors. We have an extra half or 2 quarters to sell in the next week. If you need beef soon, this is the time to get it because we do not have many processing times scheduled unfortunately, until January. A quarter is running right around 200 lbs hanging weight and a half is 400 lbs. Hanging weight and the cost is $4 per lb. Hanging weight. Message us or reply to this post if interested.
