KIDS STRENGTH TRAINING — 2 SPOTS LEFT

Wednesdays at 5pm, Saturdays at 9am.

This isn’t a “show up and figure it out” class. It’s a structured program built to make your kid faster, stronger, and more confident with real coaching, every session.

We cap the group on purpose. Small enough that every kid gets eyes on them, every rep gets corrected.

He originally brought his son to the kids class with Jerehme to get him moving and try something new. No big plan behind it, just a dad wanting his kid to be active and confident. But his son ended up loving it… asking about it, wanting more.

And that’s where things started to shift.

Because now dad’s showing up more too because his son being excited about the gym gave him a reason to be here. And now you’ll see them both in the building, doing their thing, getting better side by side.

That’s the kind of stuff that matters. Real life moments that turn into better habits, better health, and a different kind of example being set at home. Your kids don’t need a perfect parent… they need one they can watch, learn from, and eventually follow.

And now that’s exactly what’s happening.

This is what we love more than anything! Families getting healthier together, kids growing up around it, and parents realizing it’s not just about them anymore. It’s about what they’re building and who’s watching.
