I finished "optimizing" the Pioneer website to make it more user friendly for phones. The original site will also look different. Please go to www.pioneerlodge.org and check it out. If you want to add a widget to your phone just follow the directions below.

Android
To add a webpage as a widget/shortcut on a Samsung Galaxy phone, open the webpage in Chrome or Samsung Internet, tap the menu (three dots), and select "Add to Home screen" or "Add page to" > "Home screen". This creates a fast-access icon on your home screen.

iPhone
To add a web page to your iPhone home screen, open the page in Safari, tap the Share button, and select Add to Home Screen. For an actual widget that displays webpage content, use apps like WidgetLink, WidgetWorks, or Widget Web to create custom, live-updating, or quick-launch widgets.

It's Christmas Eve and lots of people are running around wishing everyone they meet a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year. That's wonderful...... but what happens as the days and week roll on? We forget to keep that feeling going throughout the year. It's only natural I guess. At Christmas we make a conscious effort to have the Holiday Cheer pouring from us, but then we get caught up in real life once again and forget that to give someone a random "hello and how are you today" - and then really listen to their answer. Maybe reach out to someone who you know needs help - physically or mentally. One of the most important things we can do is to listen. So, be mindful of your intentions and actions - and be grateful for all those around you in your life - for without them you would have no life.

Somerset's Pioneer Masonic Lodge will be open to welcome in the Holiday Season and the public this Saturday, December 6th from 4 - 8 PM. Everyone's invited to stop by to tour the Lodge, have a hot chocolate and treats!

Thanks to all that attended the 1st Trivia and Potluck Supper Night at Pioneer Lodge. While it would have been better competition to fill the Hall - everyone had a great time in coming up with the right answers and having such a great variety of wonderful food and desserts!

If anyone is looking for something to do tonight - Pioneer Lodge is having a having a Trivia and Potluck Dinner going from 5:30-8:30. The cost is $10 per person. We have a gentleman coming to the Lodge with all the "gear" and questions. It will be a really fun time - join a team of six and hopefully win - if not the food should be excellent. Bring your favorite dish to share. Also - if you have any non-perishable food to donate to our food drive that would be great. Reply if you're coming to save a spot (space is limited).

Trick or Treat at Pioneer Lodge - October 31st, 2025 - Pioneer Lodge will be open from 5-7 PM to welcome all those neighborhood Trick-or-Treaters who can stop by for some Halloween candy!

Trivia & Pot Luck Night at Pioneer Lodge November 8 from 5:30-8:30 PM

Pot-Luck Supper – so bring your favorites to share. Arrival and set-up will be at 5:30 PM and dinner buffet at 6:00. We will begin our evening of trivia at 7:00 PM and finish up at 8:30 – when one smart team will be crowned champion!

This will be a team event so you MUST sign up your team members on-line at pioneerlodge.org by November 4th. If you want to sign up and be placed on a team that evening – fill in the form as such. The event is open to spouses, family and friends of Masons. Beverages will be provided.
We also ask that you bring a few non-perishable food items to help Pioneer support our local families in need of assistance.
