Whether you have or you haven’t, this is the perfect excuse to come experience one for yourself! Join us in Sparta for our Annual Fried Apple Pie Festival at our local fairgrounds.

📅 This year’s schedule is a little different:
• Friday, May 1st – Festivities begin at 5 PM
• Saturday, May 2nd – A full day of fun continues!

❄️ Snowy day across the Carolinas! ❄️

Last weekend, we were covered in a little snow and lots of ice — and honestly, we’re still thawing out from that! Today, we woke up to a beautiful blanket of fresh snow, with roughly four to seven inches in some areas as it’s been drifting around — and it’s still coming down here at the Millhouse.

As much as we wish y’all could be safely snowed in here with us (how cozy would that be? ☕🔥), this is exactly why we close down during the winter months — to keep everyone safe.

We wanted to share some photos we’ve taken today of all this winter wonderland magic. Feel free to drop pictures of your snowy area in the comments or share what it looks like where you are — we LOVE seeing them!

❄️ Throwback to a Snowy 2024! ❄️
We just had our first hint of snow today — if you blinked, you might’ve missed it! It reminded us of this beautiful snowfall from last year. There’s something magical about seeing The Mill House covered in a fresh dusting of white.
