Better Together. ⛰️

There’s something about stepping away from the day-to-day and getting outside together that reminds you just how much better we are as a team.

Last week, the OHM Hub headed to Cambria Hotel Copper Mountain, CO for a few days of fresh mountain air, new perspectives, and time together. From hiking and biking to a train ride through Leadville, we made the most of the Colorado outdoors and made plenty of memories along the way.

We also spent time strengthening our team, sharing ideas, having meaningful conversations, and talking strategy for what’s next for OHM. Because at OHM, we truly are better together! 💚

Our Springfield properties came together today at Missouri State University for Sample Springfield 2026! We loved the opportunity to connect with students, fellow businesses, and members of our community while representing OHM and sharing what makes hospitality such a rewarding industry.

A huge shoutout to Alma for going above and beyond for one of our loyal guests. This is what true hospitality is all about!

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming back one of our most loyal guests. During his stay, he couldn’t stop complimenting our salsa mentioning over and over how much he truly loved it!

Knowing how much it meant to him, our amazing Breakfast Supervisor, Alma, went the extra mile. On the final day of his stay, she prepared freshly homemade salsa, packed it with care, and had it ready for him and his wife to enjoy on their journey home, she even added chips, because come on… we’re in Texas, chips and salsa just go together. 😉

Moments like these remind us that our team members don’t just provide service—they create meaningful memories for our guests every single day. 💛

This past Saturday, OHM proudly participated in the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks Cycle for Life! 🚴‍♂️💙 Thank you to everyone who rode, volunteered, donated, and cheered us on!

This year was extra special as we rode in honor of Mary Beth O'Reilly. Her compassion, generosity, and servant-hearted leadership have left an incredible legacy that continues to inspire so many. We are grateful for the lasting impact she made.
