A few highlights from my trip to the Dominican Republic the past October. I hadn't been in 9 years. The infrastructure and quality of resorts have definitely improved. I was more impressed than I thought I'd be.

This all being said, there are definitely resorts I wouldn't recommend, and that's why you use a travel agent.

After an exhausting Spring Break at home this year, Sandy and I both looked at each other and said, "Not again next year." It felt like the time was ripe to bring back the Spring Break Cruise. For those keeping track, this will be our 4th Spring Break Cruise.

We have group pricing available on Carnival Mardi Gras, sailing from March 21 to 28, 2026. The itinerary is through the Eastern Caribbean, with a stop at the Carnival private island (always a favorite).

Included is the picture from our last day of Spring Break this year, when we were about done with planning activities for the kids, a few from our last cruise, and a nice shot of the Mardi Gras eagerly awaiting our arrival.

Hello pups! I'm still a travel agent. Pictured here is me, getting my workout in while booking a Disney Cruise for some amazing clients. I had been on hold for an hour, and was not about to hang up.

2025 has started big, lots of Europe bookings, with cruises and all-inclusives mixed in.

2025 is also the year I finally try and level up kettlebell usage - my favorite tool in the gym.

A spectacular 4-night Disney Cruise on the brand new "Wish". Our whole family had a wonderful time.

Some highlights:

•Warmth of the staff. Always willing to go above and beyond.
•Abundance of things to do, especially for kids.
•High quality of food & beverages.
•Great cabin.

When people ask if it's worth spending more on a Disney Cruise, I can now confirm that it absolutely is. The service and hospitality, especially for families, was unlike anything I've experienced on a cruise.

Right now, it appears that it is top of mind for many people. Europe, Alaska, and the Caribbean are all places I've booked in the past few months.

Here are Sandradee and I from our Babymoon Alaskan Cruise in 2016. It's hard to describe the sheer size of Alaska. Magnificent, and highly recommend.

29 years ago, our parents loaded us into our Volvo station wagon, and we went to Maryland? Virginia? for my Aunt Nancy's surprise 40th birthday party.

Now the kids are staring down at 40. It has been nothing short of wonderful to help my oldest friend, , plan her birthday celebration in Jamaica. With kids, sports, COVID tests, there has been so much coordination involved. But when pictures like this come in, you know it's worth it.
