It is with sad news that we report the passing of Richard “Dick” Preble. Dick was an 80 year veteran of Scouting. He was a long time Scoutmaster of Troop 26 of West Newbury and a volunteer at Lone Tree Scout Reservation for many years.

Dick, and Eagle Scout was also the recipient of the NESA Outstanding Eagle Scout Award (NOESA).
Dick will be greatly missed!
