Our vacation rental cottages are located on Gulf Blvd in Treasure Island, Florida, less than 300 steps from the beautiful sand of Treasure Island Beach and 5 blocks from the world famous boardwalk, shopping and restaurants of John’s Pass Village in Madeira Beach. You can stop traffic with the push of a button to safely walk across the street toward the boardwalk pathway that leads you to the beautiful sand and water of Treasure Island Beach. One block from the property is a community boat ramp for boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, jet skis and other water activities. To get to John’s Pass, you can walk or drive 5 blocks North. Walking on the side walk and walk path that takes you over the drawbridge which has scenic lookout areas for photos and enjoying the view, breeze and beauty of Treasure Island and John’s Pass. John’s Pass is known for shopping, restaurants, microbreweries, dessert shops, water sport rental shops, dinner cruises, pirate cruises, parasailing, fishing and much more. The Tampa Bay area is wonderful for year round golf...bring your clubs! We just finished a full remodel of the cottages. They have new bedding, linen, furniture and appliances. The bedrooms have comfortable king sized beds and large screen smart televisions. The living rooms have large screen smart televisions with a full cable package. The kitchens are equipped with appliances, Keurig coffee makers and all the items you need to cook. Our 1bd/1ba cottages offer small dining tables and chairs while our studio has TV trays and arm chairs. We have Spectrum cable service with tons of channels including pay channels. The bathroom showers are low profile for ease of use and safety. Our one story building means there are no stairs or elevators to worry about. You will also have a private off street parking spot located at the property for your use. Our place is built with comfort, safety and relaxation in mind. Don’t worry about a key, our cottages are equipped with a touch screen lock for added security and convenience. We will even let you pick your own code.
