Good morning FPR family! First and foremost, id like everyone to know, we are SAFE from all fires in Colorado. While they are fairly close, there is no danger here.

Secondly, if you have ever taken the trek to Bishop Castle we have some news to share. The GOOD news: the Castle has escaped the path of all fires. The BAD news: Mr Bishop's son Daniel had a terrible fall off a building he is constructing next to the castle. He is still hospitalized with MANY broken bones. He and his wife live in, and take care of, the Bishop Castle property. As of now, and probably for some time, the road leading to/from the Castle is closed. Because he and his wife rely on the donations at the Castle and purchases from the gift shop, the Bishop Family needs some help.

If you've ever been to the castle, climbed to the top and rang the bell, dared to enter the iron sphere, or enjoyed the beautiful stained glass gallery, please consider a donation.
