BLK147 is a quiet, off-grid glamping retreat set on a mountainside in Turtletown, Tennessee, deep in the Copper Basin. Designed for guests seeking privacy, stillness, and a deeper connection to nature, the property features thoughtfully placed Stargazer tents—each one set on a raised platform and intentionally spaced for seclusion. Some tents sit along scenic ridgelines, while others are tucked into peaceful hollers, offering a range of forest and mountain views. A private pit latrine is located near each tent, allowing guests to remain close to nature without sacrificing comfort. The property is [completely off grid and ] enclosed with a discreet bear-safe perimeter for guest safety. [ UNDER CONSTRUCTION- NOT AVAILABLE At the center of BLK147 is a shared camp building that provides elevated amenities, including a half bath, a spa-inspired luxury bathing space with an oversized shower, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen for guest use.]

Breakfast at BLK147 is a little different. ☀️

Our hot breakfast biscuits are just part of the morning spread. We start with a continental breakfast, then add something worth getting out of bed for—scratch-made biscuits, baked fresh and turned into seriously good breakfast sandwiches.

From our signature Roasted Garlic & Rosemary to Maple & Thyme, Quiche Lorraine, The Garden, and our decidedly Southern fried bologna creation, we like breakfast with a little personality.

And yes, it’s all included with your stay.

Choose your favorite, choose your time, and come as you are.

Pajamas are perfectly acceptable. Bedhead is practically expected. 😉

Breakfast is served at the Field Kitchen, with your hot biscuit waiting in a cozy chafing dish if you decide to sleep in.
