Make-ready cleanings mean putting in the work so a home is ready for its next chapter. Even if that means evicting a few sea creatures along the way. 😂🐠

The care is in the details… even the ones many don’t realize we handle. ✨

Removing old caulk, soap scum, and years of buildup takes time, patience, and a little elbow grease. It also leaves a clean surface ready for fresh caulk to be put back down.

That prep work is part of caring for a property properly. The finished shine catches your eye, but the work behind it matters just as much.

Love it!

Helping others enjoy their stay and getting to hear about it is the best ❤️

This is why we love what we do!

Reeling in fish… and memories! 🎣🍂

Our recent guests shared these sweet moments from their stay at Stone Cove Cottage, and we couldn’t help but smile. Fishing together, paddling around the harbor, and finding a little adventure along the way… that’s a getaway well spent and memories for a lifetime! 🛶❤️

The fish don’t have to be big for the memories to be. Sometimes it’s the little catches, proud smiles, and time together that become the stories you tell for years.

Thank y’all for making Stone Cove Cottage part of your family’s getaway! We can’t wait to have you guys back again for more adventures together! 🎣🌊

Goats at Old McDonald's Farm: “Kids incoming… that’s our signal! Snack squad, MOVE IN!” 🐐

Update: Do not feed goats behind fence.

We did not know that at the time but will not break those rules again. We do not support feeding goats behind the fence but we sure do support the farm!

It can’t always be the vacation life… sometimes we’ve got to roll up our sleeves and bring a property back to life. That’s what we mean when we say “Turning Properties into Possibilities.”

We took a break from some of our services to focus on short-term rentals, but we’re back at it full force!

Alongside vacation rental turnovers and residential cleans, our team tackled more than six apartment make-readies and a trash-out this week. It was a busy one, and I’m proud of the work our team put in to get it done.

Here are a few before-and-afters from this past week. 👀

We’re volunteering again and this year, we’re coming back even better! We’re so excited to be part of this amazing event. ❤️🎃

Trust me, I highly recommend attending—but even more than that, consider volunteering or sponsoring. It’s a fun filled event for everyone and such a great way to support the community!
