Our RV park offers a combination of beautiful scenery and convenience without the crowded setup of traditional RV parks — large lots with even larger spaces between camp slots.

We’re open year-round in a secluded area but within minutes of fishing, boating, hiking, shopping, and restaurants. We also offer discounted rates for monthly and extended stays.

Located near the Cumberland River and Caney Fork River in Tennessee, Cumberland Valley RV Ranch Our RV park offers large lots that are perfect for those who want space and privacy. Each slot comes standard with water and sewer included.

We also offer 50 and 30-amp hookups plus a 110 electrical plug-in on each site for those times when you just don’t feel like using your generator.

These amazing lots are in a very secluded area but also within 5 minutes of Walmart, the historic Carthage downtown square, restaurants, boutique stores, nail salons, and hardware stores. We are also located 7 minutes from interstate 40, 5 minutes from the Caney Fork River and Cumberland River boat access, and within 20 minutes of Center Hill lake and Canoe the Caney.

Starting rates are $550 a month.
