Hurricane update.
We have lost power at part of the campground. We had a tree fall and took down power lines.
A few campers have had some damage to their tops or awnings. If you have questions or concerns then please reach out to Joyce at the campground.
If not able to get through then send message through Facebook and we will try to find out. Please provide lot # and name.

It appears at this time that all is well at the campground after Hurricane Dorian. We did not lose power during the storm and debris is minimal.
Please be safe if returning to check on things. If we see anything obvious with your camper we will contact you directly. Remember we will not go inside your campers. Thank you all.

I would like all who are campers to please check their junk mail under their email for emails from Pinewood Campground. I'm not sure that anyone is seeing the emails in their regular inbox. I sent out an email to all campers who had provided email addresses back in July with a link attached for the pictures from Memorial Weekend. Have not heard if this was received by you as campers. Please check your junk emails and let me know through Facebook or responding to the email. Thank you

We now have power back on at the campground. Everyone please be safe traveling and remember that conditions are still very dangerous. Hope to be able to see everyone soon.

Hope everyone has stayed safe during Hurricane Florence. This is still a dangerous situation and would like everyone to be safe. The campground is still without power. We are not sure when this will be restored. There have been a few campers that have damage. We also have a tree down in the campground. We were very fortunate that it wasn't any worse. We will try to let you know when power is restored.

By now I'm sure everyone is aware of the approaching hurricane. If you have already taken care of your camper and belongings, we thank you. We need everyone to please make an effort to come before Wednesday and take care of your personal items, furniture, grills, etc outside of your campers. These need to be moved inside or taken home with you. No one will be allowed to stay in the campground during this time. The water will be cut off on Wednesday. Also remember that most likely power will go out.
We wish everyone safety during this time.
