With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our dear friend and former Campround Manager, Mr. Calvin Parker Sr.
Calvin was a man full of life, faith, kindness, and positive energy. He never met a stranger and genuinely enjoyed visiting with guests from all over the country—and even around the world. Whether sharing local recommendations, telling a story, or simply offering a warm smile, Calvin made everyone feel welcome with his unique brand of southern hospitality.
For many years, Calvin was an important part of our campground family, and the impact he made on our guests, coworkers, and friends will never be forgotten. His legacy of kindness, friendship, and service will continue to live on throughout our campground and in the hearts of all who knew him.
Calvin, we miss you already and look forward to sharing a cup of coffee together again someday.
