Whether driving a few hours a week, part-time, or full-time, local drivers are creating opportunities for themselves while providing an important service to our community.

🚗🇻🇮 RIDESHARE HAS BEEN HERE FOR 2 YEARS. ISN’T IT TIME OUR LAWS CAUGHT UP?

Nearly two years ago, VI Hail launched on St. Croix as a pilot and proof of concept, with a bigger vision: to eventually bring rideshare service to the entire U.S. Virgin Islands. 🌴
We wanted to answer one simple question:

Would rideshare work in the Virgin Islands?

Two years later, we think the numbers speak for themselves:

Residents use it. Visitors use it. Our community has embraced it.
The proof of concept worked. The data speaks for itself!

But there is still one major piece missing:
⚖️ Clear rideshare legislation in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Episode 1 - “What Is Rideshare?”

Over the next three videos, we want to educate our community, answer questions, and start an important conversation about the future of rideshare in the Virgin Islands.

Our vision has always been bigger than St. Croix. We want a future where rideshare can operate under clear, responsible laws throughout the USVI, allowing us to expand and serve the entire USVI. 🇻🇮
