Big Al's Egg-e-Muffins (Serves 2)
Ingredients:
4 eggs
4 breakfast sausage patties
2 frozen hashbrowns
2 buttermilk biscuits
4 slices cheese (of your choice)
1 package country gravy mix
1/2 pound of ground breakfast sausage
Brown ground sausage until any pink is gone (IMPORTANT)
Follow package directions to bake biscuits, air-fry sausage/hashbrowns, and make gravy
Add browned sausage to prepared gravy
Eggs: 🥚🥚🥚🥚
Preheat air fryer to 375 ℉
Use a paper towel to coat the inside of 4 oven safe cups with butter
Crack an egg in each cup 🍵 🍵 🍵 🍵
Place cups in air fryer
Cook for 5 minutes at 375 ℉
Eggs can easily be removed from the cups after 5 minutes
Cut two muffins in half, place 2 halves on each plate, and top each half with:
1 tbsp sausage gravy
1 egg
1 slice cheese
1/2 hashbrown
Another tbsp sausage gravy
1 sausage patty
Top liberally with sausage gravy
